An Australian real estate licensee or licensee-in-charge must have this educational requirement to operate a real estate agency in the relevant State of Australia. Areas in which an Australian real estate agency may operate:
- Sale of land including subdivisions or broad acres
- Apartments, townhouses, villas
- Property management
- Commercial property sales: retail, office and industrial
- End sales for property developers
- Leasing and tenancy
Each course comprises 24 units of competency. You will be taught what a fully licenced real estate agent learns in Australia. You have a choice of doing one or both Certificates (see fees). The Certificates are accredited for New South Wales (NSW) and Victoria (VIC).
The states of New South Wales and Victoria have been specifically selected to cover Australia’s major real estate markets of Sydney and Melbourne. A Government accredited certificate will be issued on successful completion of each course.
