Overview of other assessment tasks:
Activities: problem-solving for business issues (lack of customer engagement, or health and safety concerns in the office), presenting solutions to problems to stakeholders, creating a questionnaire/survey for customer satisfaction in Google Forms, managing complaints and escalating to supervisor, self-assess their wellbeing, seek advice on work tasks, undertake a basic hazard inspection in the workplace and document office waste and electricity usage.
Create documents: formal business letter, internal business memorandum, basic fixed asset register and a business slideshow/presentation.
Writing Communications: Communicating with other staff members via simulated emails or online messages & seek feedback from supervisors about work.
Simulated role plays: (in approx. 5 units) Prepare meeting communication protocols, open meetings and participate in team meetings. Responses are made via audio or video upload.
