Upon successful completion of this course, you can apply for registration as a Land Agent with Consumer and Business Services (CBS).

This Land Agent Course has the 36 units which are required by Consumer and Business Services:

1. A CPP51122 Diploma of Property (11 units)

2. A CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate (16 units which are the same as our Sales Representative Course SA)

3. A separate statement of attainment (9 units)

Please note that this course contains 3 additional units which are:
CPPREP4162 and CPPREP5010 as they are clustered with other units and do not add additional assessments or study load.
