The first step on your real estate journey is obtaining your Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (CPP41419).
This nationally recognised qualification equips you with the foundational knowledge and skills required to work as an agent’s representative.
In this role, you’ll assist licensed estate agents with a variety of tasks, including property sales, leasing, property management, and administrative duties.

This qualification allows you to apply for a real estate agent’s licence, which empowers you to operate independently and take on greater responsibility within a real estate agency.
Job prospects with a real estate agent’s licence include a Licensed salesperson, Property manager, Agency manager, Licensee, Principal or Officer in effective control.

What are the entry requirements?
To enrol with Connect Skills Institute into the Certificate IV or Diploma you need to be at least 16 years old and not be currently residing in Australia on a Student Visa (Subclass 500).

You will learn from a trainer and assessor with a minimum of 15 years industry experience as an independent agent to support you while you undertake your course.

Who will issue my certificate upon completion?
As a registered training organisation (RTO 31474), Connect Skills Institute will issue your certificate of attainment or diploma upon successful course completion. You’ll receive a digital copy (PDF) and can request a hard copy certificate to be mailed for a fee.
