Class 1 Agent – Real Estate, Strata Management & OSRPM

A Class 1 Agent in Real Estate, Strata Management or OSRPM from 2021/22 CPD year must complete at least 9 hours of CPD activity each year.

9 hours compulsory including the elective. It covers all of the CPD requirements for Class 1 agents for 2021/22.

Compulsory Topic 1 – COVID-Safe Business (1 hour)

Compulsory Topic 2 – Material Facts or Short Term Rental Accommodation Code of Conduct (1 hour)

Compulsory Topic 3 – Elective Topic 4 Building Defects and RAB Act (1 hour)

Elective Topic 1 – Setting Motivational Goals (1.5 hour)

Elective Topic 2 – Enhanced Communication Skills (1.5 hour)

Business Skills 1 – Managing High Performing Teams in the Property Industry (1.5 hour)

Business Skills 2 – Coaching and Mentoring Staff (1.5 hour)
